A Vietnamese creator team has attracted widespread attention after spending 350 days building a handmade replica of the Lamborghini Revuelto using custom fabrication techniques, fiberglass bodywork and a donor Nissan V6 powertrain.

Published by YouTube channel NHẾT TV, the project showcases how independent builders can recreate the appearance and many functional features of a modern hypercar without access to factory tooling or production equipment.

Hand-Built Chassis and Fiberglass Body

Rather than modifying an existing sports car, the team started with a completely custom tubular steel chassis.

To reproduce the Revuelto’s complex body shape, they first sculpted the entire vehicle using large quantities of clay applied over a wire-frame structure. Fiberglass and resin were then laminated over the clay model to create the body panels.

Instead of Lamborghini’s naturally aspirated V12 hybrid powertrain, the replica uses a Nissan V6 engine sourced from an older sedan.

Although the performance is far below the Revuelto’s more than 1,000-horsepower output, the finished vehicle is fully drivable.
