7 Steps Guide You How to Adjust Slitting Width for JT-SLT-900C Slitter Machine

What’s the consist of slitting blade?

The lower blade shaft, on the other hand, includes a main mandrel, a 45*70 & 10mm thick lower slitting knife, and a spacer.

How to adjust the slitting width for JT-SLT-900C series slitter machine?
Step 1: Take out the upper slitting blade shaft.
Rotate handwheel to let the upper slitting knife shaft come out of the knife slot.
Release the screw then can take out the whole shaft.
Step 2: Take out the lower slitting blade shaft.
Release the screw then can take out the lower slitting blade shaft.
Step 3: Combine the 56mm slitting width.
56mm slitting width combination is 2 pcs 20mm spacer,1 pcs 6mm spacer and 1 pcs 10mm lower slitting blade. The formula you can get is 20+20+6+10=56mm.
79mm slitting width is 20+20+6+10+10+7+6=79mm
Step 4: Settle the 56mm lower and upper slitter blade to the original position.
Step 5: Lock the lower slitting blade shaft first.
Step 6: Align the upper slitting blade to 56mm and ensure the upper slitting blade is in the gap of lower blade shaft. The deep is 2mm.
Step 7: Push handle to ensure the slitting blade is stick the lower slitting blade.
