If you need to slit the 1300mm jumbo roll into 57mm small rolls, you need to adjust the lower slitting width into 57mm and install 22 pcs slitting blade.
The lower slitting blade consists of a slitting blade and a spacer, which are used together to achieve various widths such as 57mm, 79mm, 100mm, etc.
To set the lower slitting blade adjust the lower slitting blade spacer to the desired width by adding or remove the sum of spacers.
Once the lower slitting blade is set to the desired width, adjust the upper slitting blade to the same width as the lower blade.
- Adjust the slitting width to the same width as the lower slitting blade:

- Insert the upper blade to the gap of lower slitting blade:
