Advanced Slitting Rewinding System
The advanced slitting rewinding system is purpose-built for producing ultra-narrow thermoset prepreg or thermoplastic UD tapes used in Automated Fiber Placement (AFP). It addresses key challenges such as edge fuzzing, resin buildup, and tension inconsistency by integrating:
- Rotary slitter knives with precision spacers
- Servo-controlled or magnetic powder tension systems
- Multi-lane slitting for high-throughput production
- Edge cleaning mechanisms to reduce fiber-resin defects
The result is consistently slit, smooth-edged tapes that meet the demands of high-speed AFP heads—ensuring reliable layup quality in aerospace and high-performance composite applications.

Hot Melt UD Prepreg Machine Line
The production line is designed for manufacturing thermoplastic unidirectional (UD) prepreg tape, using a continuous hot-melt impregnation process. High-performance fibers—such as carbon or glass—are spread and uniformly coated with molten thermoplastic resin (e.g. PP, PEEK, PPS), ensuring consistent wet-out and low void content.
Teflon Double Belt Pressing
Engineered for thermoplastic sandwich panel production, this double belt press provides uniform heating and pressure bonding across multi-layered cores and skins. Ideal for lightweight panels in automotive, construction, and aerospace applications.
Filament Winding Machine
