The U.S. government recently expanded support for advanced air mobility through the eVTOL Integration Pilot Program (eIPP). The initiative allows companies with mature aircraft designs to begin early operational deployments in selected regions.
Under this program, Joby has been cleared to conduct operations across multiple U.S. states, including:
